goto customize and click add a gadget
click on top one add a blog list you will need the web address of the people you want to add.
Hope that helps
Next we need to teach you how to make a link in your post ;o)
You click on the little paperclip icon when you are posting. It will come up with the address window and you put the address where you want to go there.
